MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The minimum age requirement for membership is eighteen (18) years.

2. The management reserves the right to reject any membership application without providing an explanation or reason.

3. Membership at Oxygen Gym is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. All gym rules, regulations, and fees are subject to modification at any time to facilitate administrative requirements.

5. Oxygen Gym is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings or any damages incurred within the gym facilities.

6. Members acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own safety while using gym equipment. They agree that the gym is not liable for injuries or fatalities resulting from improper use of equipment.

7. The management reserves the right to cancel a membership without compensation or refund if a member demonstrates a lack of commitment, disregards management instructions, or fails to comply with gym policies.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the club.

2. Eating and drinking are allowed only in designated areas of the club.

3. All members are required to wear appropriate sports clothing and athletic shoes while using the club's facilities.

4. Wearing slippers, sandals, jeans (pants or shorts), or any non-athletic clothing during training is strictly forbidden.

5. Members must show mutual respect to one another and maintain polite language and behavior towards Oxygen Gym employees at all times.

6. Members are expected to avoid dropping weights on the floor and must return all equipment to its designated location after use.

7. The possession or storage of any type of doping substances is strictly forbidden in all areas of the club. Any violations of this rule will result in actions deemed appropriate by gym management. Members must adhere to the rules to ensure a respectful and fair environment for all.

8. For any complaints or suggestions, members are encouraged to contact the administration directly.

شروط العضوية

1 – العمر الادنى لعضوية معهد اوكسجين فتنس الصحي هو ثمانية عشر سنة (18).

2 – يحق للادارة رفض أي طلب دون توضيح أي سبب للرفض .

3 – عضوية معهد أوكسجين فتنس الصحي غير قابلة للتحويل أو الاسترجاع .

4 – جميع قوانين ورسوم وشروط معهد أوكسجين فتنس الصحي قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت بما فيه مصلحة الأعضاء والأدارة .

5 – معهد أوكسجين فتنس الصحي غير مسئول عن ضياع أي ممتلكات للأعضاء أو عن أي أضرار قد تلحق بها في أي من مرافق المعهد.

6– يقر العضو بأنه مسؤول عن نفسه ورقابتها ويقر بأنه يعلم بكافة أمور المعدات والتعامل معها وحده وأنه مسؤول عن نفسه وعن كافة ما يحدث له من اصابات بما فيها الوفاة وأنه يبرء ذمة النادي من أية حقوق تنشأ عن ذلك .

7 – يحق لأدارة المعهد الغاء الاشتراك بدون تعويض أو أسترداد رسوم الاشتراك عن الفترة المتاحة متى ما رأت عدم التزام العضو بالتعليمات أو القرارات الصادرة عن ادارة المعهد أو من المدربين والمسؤولين عن ادارته دون اعتراض منه على ذلك بتاتا .

قوانين معهد أوكسجين فتنس الصحي العامة

1 – يمنع التدخين منعا باتا في جميع مرافق المعهد .

2 – يمنع منعا باتا ( لبس النعال أو الصنادل أو أي حذاء غير رياضي أو الجينز أو أي ملابس غير رياضية أثناء التدريب ) .

3 – يسمح بتناول الطعام والشراب في المرافق المسموح بها فقط .

4 – يجب على جميع الأعضاء ارتداء الملابس والاحذية الرياضية المناسبة في جميع مرافق المعهد .

5 – على جميع الأعضاء ابداء الاحترام المتبادل بين الجميع وعدم فعل أو التلفظ بألفاظ نابية أو الصراخ ويقر العضو بأنه مسؤول امام المعهد عن تعويض أي أضرار قد تقع بسبب منه للغير والمعهد .

6 – يجب على جميع الأعضاء عدم رمي ألاوزان على ألارض وارجاعها الى اماكنها المخصصة .

7 – يمنع منعا باتا حيازة أو تعاطي أو تخزين أي نوع من المنشطات في مرافق المعهد وفي حال مخالفة أي من قوانين المعهد- يحق لادارة المعهد اتخاذ أي اجراء تراه مناسبا دون تحمل أي مسئولية وتحميل المسؤولية كاملة – ومنعا للإحراج يجب على جميع الأعضاء اتباع القوانين بما يتناسب ويضمن حقوق الجميع .

8 – في حال وجود أي شكوى أو اقتراح يرجى مخاطبة الادارة .

9 – يجب على المشترك إبلاغ الإدارة عن فقدان مفتاح الخزانة فورا لتجنب سوء الاستعمال ويلزم المشترك بدفع مبلغ 5 دينار رسوم تبديل قفل الخزانة .
